The seven storey office block is a permitted development which had one way spanning ribs which had a low inherent fire resistance of R30 and the requirement after fire engineering required R90 throughout the building , with plant areas needing further enhancement to R120. SFS have been appointed to upgrade the slab with the intumescent paint.
