SFS have been appointed to upgrade the fire resistance of concrete columns and shear walls which had been found to have insufficient concrete cover. The student accommodation blocks has insufficient cover to the reinforcement on the columns throughout one block of the project and our paint system has been selected to replace the missing cover.
